A 5-Week Live Journey for Mothers Who Have Lost a Child

A space to be held, supported, and gently find your way back to yourself.

I know the weight that meets you before your feet touch the floor.
Holding it together for everyone else… while quietly falling apart inside.


The fog. The guilt. Looking in the mirror and barely recognizing yourself — wondering if you ever will again.


When my son Daquan passed in 2019, I searched for something that could hold me… without
rushing me, without bypassing my pain, and without leaving me lost.


I had to learn how to breathe again in a world that no longer looked the same.

More than anything, I just wanted to be understood.


So, I created what I couldn't find.


Through & Beyond Grief is the space I needed when I was at my lowest. Every practice in this
journey is something that carried me.


This isn't about getting over it. It isn't about moving on.
It's about learning to carry your child's love forward — gently, at your own pace — while
finding your way back to yourself.

What This Journey Looks Like

Over five weeks, you’ll be held in a gentle, supportive space designed for mothers navigating the loss of a child. This is a small, intimate group experience where you do not have to move through grief alone.

Each weekly session is held live on Zoom and includes guided practices, reflection, and a closing sound journey. Between sessions, you’ll have simple practices you can return to anytime, along with support from a private community space.

Inside this journey:

  • Weekly live sessions (90–120 minutes) on Zoom

  • Guided sound meditations aligned with each week’s theme

  • Simple breathwork practices for nervous system support

  • Journal prompts and gentle reflection exercises

  • Access to a private WhatsApp community

  • Session recordings to revisit as needed

This is not about getting over your loss. It is about being supported as you learn to carry your child’s love forward, gently and at your own pace.

MODULE 1: AWAKENING — Honoring the Wound

Healing begins when we stop pretending we’re okay.


We slow down. We get honest. This week creates space to acknowledge where you truly are, without judgment.

Includes:

  • Understanding grief as a natural response

  • Permission to feel without guilt

  • A simple honoring ritual

  • Guided meditation: Meeting Your Grief with Compassion

MODULE 2: STILLNESS — Returning to Breath

Your breath is always available.


You’ll learn simple, accessible breathwork to help your body begin to feel safe again.

Includes:

  • Nervous system support through breath

  • Creating a personal sanctuary space

  • Sound meditation: Waves of Peace

MODULE 3: FLOW — Releasing the Weight

Grief lives in the body. So does healing.


This week begins the gentle release of what has been held, without force.

Includes:

  • Understanding grief in the body

  • Gentle movement + somatic release

  • Sound journey: Releasing the Weight

MODULE 4: RECONNECTION — Nurturing the Heart

A return to connection, with yourself, others, and the world around you.

Includes:

  • Reconnecting with your body

  • Opening to support

  • Sound meditation: Nurturing Your Heart Space

MODULE 5: Love Carried Forward—

Living Beyond the Loss

Carrying love forward, gently and at your own pace.


This is not about forcing meaning, only allowing space for love to continue in its own way.

Includes:

  • Honoring your child in meaningful ways

  • Creating your Living Legacy

  • Integration sound journey: Love Carried Forward

A Space Rooted in Safety

To support a safe and held experience, we begin with a few shared agreements:

  • What is shared here stays here

  • We hold space, we do not fix or give advice

  • You are always welcome to pass

  • You are encouraged to move at your own pace

 

You can opt out of any practice at any time. You will never be asked to push past what feels safe.

You will have tools and practices you can return to anytime. Many mothers begin to notice gentle shifts, such as:

  • Carrying their child’s love in a more supportive way

  • Reconnecting with meaning, in their own time

A Guide Who Understands Your Journey

I’m Mina Moore — a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, Grief to Gratitude Coach, and author of Beyond Grief: Lessons in Love, Healing, and Growth. I support those navigating loss through breathwork, sound healing, and gentle, body-based practices.

Outside of this work, I find peace in simple things… (which are really not so simple at all)

tending to my garden, being near the ocean, and moving through yoga. Music has always been a part of my healing — I love the piano, and Austin Farwell is one of my favorite artists to listen to.


You’ll often find me listening to audiobooks, writing poetry, or simply taking a quiet moment to
breathe and be present.


This work is part of my life not separate from it. And the space I hold for you is one that I

continue to hold for myself.
